About Me

Welcome! In addition to my MA in Clinical Psychology, I hold a BS degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering. I've worked in Engineering, Tech & Healthcare. I've had opportunities to live in India, Japan & Hong Kong. These life experiences have given me a high level of cultural sensitivity, and a globally informed perspective. Prior to launching my private practice, I worked as a psychotherapist at Stanford dedicated to Faculty and Staff to address various personal and professional issues. Additionally, I've worked as a therapist with students in the California Public School System with issues such as: self-esteem, ADHD, and neuro-divergence.

Engaging in therapy is a courageous first step in seeking a more fulfilling and happier life. My therapeutic style prioritizes safety, providing a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood without fear of judgment.  My MFT practice is built on three key guiding principles: compassion, authenticity, and collaboration.

I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families using an integrative approach of cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, attachment-based, solution-focused, EFT, and short-term therapies determined by the client's requirements.
